Andrew G, President
Having a successful background in sales and an interest in technology, it made prefect sense to focus on a career in CRM technology and consulting. Andrew founded SFA Solutions with a partner in 1998, and focused their business around selling and implementing GoldMine Software to small and mid-sized businesses, achieving GoldMine’s Top 10 Partner of the year for two years in a row. As our client engagements became larger and more technically challenging, we ventured into other Mid-Market CRM products in order to provide more objectivity when it came to our client’s needs. When not at work, Andrew can be found spending time with his wife and daughters, enjoying his racing simulator, or enjoying the outdoors in Door County, Wisconsin!

Dan F, Sr. Developer
Dan joined SFA Solutions fresh out of college as an intern and on one Friday several weeks into his internship was asked,  "how many more hours do you have to go until you reach your commitment for your class?", to which he replies "I was done 2 weeks ago!".  That level of commitment can be found in Dan's work and care for our clients.  One of Dan's strengths is his willingness to see a project though, all the while offering ways to improve how to improve the user interface or workflow of a CRM system in order to improve our client's experience. When not at work, Dan can be found enjoying his home theater with friends, exploring new technologies or helping to raise money for the high school he attended.

Jeff P, Project Management
Jeff joined SFA Solutions with a major in project management and a minor in programming!  Jeff has been responsibile for maintaining our client projects and communication, as well as helping to prioritize the programming workload.    When not at work, Jeff can be found chasing his son around the house, walking his dog, or enjoying a few moments with his wife.

Tammy B, Operations Manager
Tammy joined SFA Solutions after working in the financial services industry as an auditor.  Tammy brought a level of organization and process to our office, while also helping to keep all the men in the office in order!  Tammy is very diligent in making sure our team stays on track with client billings and works closely with Jeff to insure we don't exceed our financial commitments to our projects.  When not at work, Tammy can be found at the health club each morning by 5 AM keeping her body and mind healthy, or spending time with friends or family.

Holly G, Business Devlopment
Holly joined SFA Solutions after working as a freelance graphic artist.  Holly has been responsible for identifying companies that may have a need for our products and services and sharing with them the benefits of CRM software for their organizations.  When not at SFA Solutions, Holly can be found spending time with friends or family, walking her dog, or swimming, running or biking as a way to stay healthy and in shape.
